---Primary "Sanctuary" plot concerning refugees... Winslow finds hundreds of Romulan Refugees taking shelter on the environmental deck. The faith delegation which invited itself to OC, causes the diplomatic corps to try to take the lead and begin more active relationships with native obsidian population, starting with a party in Kalara.---

The Diplomatic Corps take over and assemble a special reception in the Kalaran Seed Vault Reception hall. Some SF Science officers on Kalara bridge both worlds. Introductions are made.

Stuck in the Middle

Along with the Faith Delegates, another crop of hundreds of refugees arrive. Their original charter to settle on Obsidian is suddenly retracted and they become stranded on OC, making them Lt Winslow's problem when they establish camp on the Environmental deck.
