Awarded for moments of notable character development.

Category: In character
Awarded: 6 times

Brek - Timeless Treasures Art Gallery
29 Aug 2023 @ 7:38am
Like many great Trek characters before him, Brek is a character full of contradictions. Brek has the ears for profit, but with tremendous heart. That Spiral can deftly execute on this precarious balance in every post is an inspiration.
(nominated by David K. Re-entry, originally sim level bronze star issued March '23)
Chief Deputy Marshal: Ridge Steiner - FMS
05 Jun 2023 @ 7:48pm
Rising to the occasion, Steiner took on the role of Security Chief in a world of Starfleet officers when he had originally only been a long as support. From getting prepared for the possibility of boarding parties with innovative low tech solutions like rail guns and expanding foam traps, playing second on an away team, engaging in a first contact, assisting in a rescue mission, and supporting on the bridge, Marshal Steiner has brought his unique training and perspective to bear and been a uniquely key member of the Pathfinder’s Recon mission.
Lieutenant Louke Haille
07 Apr 2023 @ 12:26am
For the introduction and inclusion of Ethan Gunnarsen in the Away Team story on Korix. He’s a great fit for this plot and it’s building a chance to get to know him among other characters. Also For the work with Haille on the Change of Plans and other bridge posts, where Tara has expertly woven into a complex scene and added personality and detailed context. Like a Pro.
Commander Calliope Zahn
11 Mar 2021 @ 3:37pm
Ribbon of Merit for both the growing sub plot between CO. and XO., before they started out on the same page and were friends but as time went on looking below the surface and as their respective roles came to the fore the differences appeared, what's expected of a CO. and what's expected of an XO. regardless of friendship. An enjoyable read to see where this goes. (nominated by Strazz)

Lieutenant Theodore Winslow
09 Mar 2021 @ 11:10pm
For a quiet man, Winslow packs a punch and always rises to the occasion; whether deflecting blows on an away mission or confronting bounty hunters on the promenade, he thinks on his feet and maintains composure. In reflective moments, he also manages to overcome his shy nature to share some of his passion for martial arts which reaches back to his childhood.
