Bong Cha has the opportunity to spend a little time trading notes with Ara. While her hopes of turning her daughter right back to her life on Earth are not working out, her discussion with Ara helps her to bolster something more of a long game where she intends to wait for Moon to prove out her own failures in her relationship and new business venture. Shifting Views
As Oly checks into his lodging for the night in Kalara, Cyrus (a leading figure from Itonia) notices a figure lurking about. The Narration reveals someone named Makrin has a history with Oly and appears to be tailing him with an interest in finding out where Oly’s mark is hiding. Not entirely convinced of Oly’s cover story, Cyrus is of the school of those willing to keep their friends close and their potential enemies in line of sight, at least. (Tara)

Refractions: A Thousand Papercuts
The Pathfinder has been out on several patrols, but this one is not so routine. As they answer a distress call from a civilian shipping vessel, the SS Virgil, and trace it to system full of sensor refracting ice where the vessel has been playing hide and seek with some pirates.
