Data Gathering
When Brek’s holo-assistant is left running after hours he finds she takes to investigating… him! Brek decides to redirect her attention to a certain scam artist known to operate in the political arena where he tends to get away regularly with his exploits. (Spiral)

Getting Right Off the Starting Blocks
David Minton Introduces Krosin around the promenade before she starts work as a concierge. They start with some Klingon coffee. (Zach, Nikki)

Sandwiches, Sheep, and Seagulls
When Calli joins Steiner for lunch, they trade some frustrations. Steiner suggests some fresh air on the holodeck. (Polar, Nikki)

Settling into the Office
Samual meets some new personnel and gets up to speed on current dockyard operations. (Zach)

Quantum Uncertainty
In her office Zahn completes some reports and has time to muse on her relationship with Quinn, one that started out of rocky ground with his family. On a whim she contacts the Daystrom Institute only to learn they are holding his old job open for him… (Nikki)

Where Waters Meet
DeHavilland calls on her Korinn guests and has a surprise for them on the Holodeck, a real-water pool and a Korix simulation background. The delegates are impressed and thankful.

DeHavilland visits sickbay to welcome and debrief Major Wallace. Wallace is relieved that his last duty, to see the records of the USS Sunrise returned to the Federation, has been executed. (Sep, David)

Doctor Corduke arranges some remedial activity for his two injured marine patients, a friendly game of poker and conversation. (Sep, David)

A Tiki Wake
On Obsidian Command the friends and colleagues of the departed Doctor Minka hold a Wake for her at Hula Pete’s Lounge on the Promenade. (Sep)

Cast Away
Backstory: Brek is being sent off to a dreary farm for three months with his boss’ annoying and precocious daughter. But what he perceived as an insulting task may have been a backhanded compliment. (Spiral)

Proud Mary: Rolling, Rolling
HaiRoa attends a fire-power demonstration of the rebuilt Proud Mary combat robot. It’s not perfect, it still needs work, but it proves a match for some holo-Pyrryx! (Polar)

For All Our Sakes
Zahn meets with DeHavilland to discuss what to do about Quinn. It seems they are in agreement, there is no longer a place for him at Obsidian Command. (Sep, Nikki)

Finn pays DeHavilland a late night visit in her quarters. They clear the air, their talk turns to tender touches. (Sep)

Newly arrived to Dockyard Operations, Project Manager Sam Johnson finds himself in charge of the whole operation with a team looking to him for leadership and direction. (Zach)

Quinn and Zahn wake up in their shared quarters. She avoids falling into old habits. He is trying hard to make amends using some favorite tactics. Who has the stronger will? (Nikki)

A New Nightmare
Late night worries keep Brek awake into the early hours, only to receive a call from his Grandmother, who is coming to visit Obsidian Command. To his surprise she wants to play match-maker between him and the artist Kreca. (Spiral)

In Chief Xeri’s backstory, she heads to a summer camp of her choice, although the arrangements prove difficult on her mother. (Nikki)

Steiner: Camp Sunrise- Stranger on the Shore
Steiner follows up on the news he heard from Xeri. He visits her and Wallace in Sickbay. He learns there really was an FMS officer on Korix! (Polar, Nikki, David)

Steiner: Stranger No More
Steiner has to wait impatiently for the Pathfinder to come within comms range, then learns more about the mysterious Marshal Cubo. Who may have murdered his own family before disappearing. (Polar)

Broken Ice
Continuing Brek’s backstory, we find him adjusting to life managing the accounts on a remote farm, and trying to steer clear of the insufferable boss’ daughter. But something goes bump in the night and changes the situation. (Spiral)

Wildlife Watching
A backstory post in which young Ibis watches the wildlife, and the wildlife watches her in return. (Nikki)

ibn Sharjar: The Trickster’s Hammer of Fire
On the return leg of their journey for the children to choose their new stars, the travelers pick up speed, concerned to make it to shelter to avoid the peak radioactive activity of an impending sunstorm. They rush headlong into brutal desert winds full of obsidian glass. (Polar)
